We are customers of Sun Direct for the past 7 to 8 years. After the Vardah, we are not getting Sun Direct for the past 20 days. Inspite of our repeated calls and compliants no technicians have turned up.whenever we call them we get same robotic type of reply which is parroted again and again.
On the 18th, without attending to the compliant, they have sent an SMS to the registered mobile saying ' Issue Resolved".
