I Mehul Shah, have attended your membership program with my family on 3rd April, 2024 held in Hotel Park Inn, Raddison, Surat, where we were invited by company officials to introduce the membership program.
We were been introduced to three different plans by a Sales executive as 10 years, 5 years, and 3 years program. Where I showed my interest to join 3 years hospitality program on EMI basis.
This plan as said by sales executive Bhavesh Parmar and his Senior Rizwan Ahmed and Ajay, includes, accommodations in 4 - star property such as Studio room/ Bungalow/ Cottage/ Houseboat for 21 days in three years (which I can use as gift to a friend too and also can use all 21 days at a time by sharing this membership with friends) and above along with breakfast and high tea, pick up - drop as well as sight seeing (on just fuel charges), and food for 40% discount. All this at Rs. 51, 000/- with 'ZERO COST' EMI for same was promised to us for 36 months. with additional AMC of Rs. 8, 999/- including all taxes with 50 to 60 % discount This was the only condition I agreed upon for taking this membership.
Here, the concern that made me restless is that they charged me full payment at once at the same time. And did not made EMI for it. This issue was raised by me to my Sales executive Bhavesh Parmar, it is then he informed me that my 36 month EMI was been declined by the bank. And I should go to bank for the same and request bank to change it as EMI.
But, intensely, and with full planning to con people this sales executive and his team has swap full payment from my account, adding to this, they never opt for EMI option, and same when I asked for charge slip/ online slip or detailed Invoice (which includes Transaction ID and Order ID) they denied producing the same to me.
Adding to this all the promise that the sales Executive made on table were fake, as customer support from the Merchant denied to all those promises. Even, the tie up which they claimed to have on table also turned false.
I bought this membership plan with the intention of providing my family a good vacation, which dream was shattered by such deceitful act by BLUE MOUNTAIN RESORT AND HOSPITALITY. Which should be counted as emotional loss to not only me but my whole family.
I request you to take positive action in this matter as early as possible
