I have cancelled my subscription dated 16-Feb-2024. I have provided all the information like Bank Details, Cancelled cheque copy to the team.
I am still waiting for the refund amount to be credited to my account.

Although i have followed-up N-number of times, still the team is reluctant to reply or provide with exact details....

We have been over charged by the distributor at our area great eastern links, ram mandir road, goregaon west. He is charging ₹1200 for 6 months subscription for the time of india (Including et). I discovered that it is ₹ 1200 for one year. This is blatant overcharge and times company should inform the customer real long term subscription charges as ultimate blame may land on the company. Kindly resolve the matter....
