My Trip ID[protected] has been cancelled on Oct-23rd 2020, 11:47AM. The airline (Indigo) cancelled the flight.
for which the refund Rs. 10, 603.00 has been processed successfully on Oct 23 2020, 11:48AM.
I did not receive the refund amount, I have contacted Customer Support(Email) and repeated calls to call center, they has the same response - "We would like to inform that your booking which was cancelled on Oct 23 2020, 11:47AM for which the refund Rs. 10, 603.00 has been processed successfully on Oct 23 2020, 11:48AM. The amount should reflect in 5-7 working days to your original mode of payment."
Since Oct-23rd 2020, the amount has still not been credited to my original mode of payment.
45 DAYS GONE (till 07th December 2020) BUT THE AMOUNT IS NOT CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT
This is looking like a scam and fraudulent action from Cleartrip.
I would request you to please expedite this matter so that a resolution could be reached.
Please refund my amount.
