I had placed an order for one paco rabanne invictus deodorant spray 150 ml with deobazaar internet commerce vide order no.[protected] on 12.06.2020 and made the payment of ₹901/- for the product through internet banking. The vendor did not supply the product and also did not respond to e mails and telephone calls. I also approached the razorpay through whom the transaction of ₹901/- had taken place for redressal of my complaint but to no avail. The vendor of his own volition cancelled the order. Despite repeated e mails for refund my money (₹ 901/-) the vendor has not responded to date.
I think the vendor is taking the advantage of covid19 pandemic to cheat the customers of their hard earned money in the present trying condition.
In case the issue is not resolved through your forum i shall take up the matter with the ministry of consumer affairs for black listing of this cheater e commerce company. Was this information helpful? |
