I am writing to urgently address the recent theft incident at Plot B9/3 and the subsequent demand for compensation.

Despite our repeated alerts and discussions during prior meetings regarding the security vulnerabilities plaguing our block, it is disheartening to note that no concrete action has been taken by DLF to address these concerns. The lack of proactive measures has directly led to the theft of electric wiring at Plot B9/3.

I want to emphasize the urgency of this matter. We demand immediate compensation for the damages incurred. DLF must either rectify the situation by replacing the stolen wiring or provide adequate compensation without further delay.

It is imperative to understand that the security lapses within our community, particularly the open areas lacking surveillance cameras and fencing, exacerbate the risk of criminal activities. I will address this matter separately to ensure comprehensive security measures are implemented moving forward.

However, the primary focus of this communication is to prompt action on the compensation issue. DLF's failure to address this promptly will not only reflect poorly on its reputation but also jeopardize the safety and trust of the residents.
