Domino's Pizza — Amount deducted, refund not received | |||
I made a payment of Rs.332.35 on the evening of 11th November 2021, at Domino's Pizza (located in Hong Kong Bazaar- Gurugram) from my Paytm Wallet via the payment link shared by the cashier himself. I immediately received the "successful payment" message but the cashier said payment got failed from his end, thus he asked me to pay cash for the order I had made. I refused to pay through cash as I hadn't recieved my refund from Domino's side and asked him to cancel my order. He cancelled my order and said I'll be receiving my refund within 30minutes or max within 24hours. It's been 8 days now, still i've not received my refund from Domino's side. I'm attaching my payment details for the reference, kindly refer and help me get my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
