I was travelling from Secunderabad to Bhubaneshwar by train no 08846 on 20th March. I had ordered food from Dominos at Viziznagram Jn. and at 10 24 PM I received a call from Dominos saying that my order has been cancelled due to delay in train. ( attaching screenshot of sms sent by Dominos subsequently)
However, in my IRCTC account it reflects that my order has been delivered at 11:41 PM. I have not received any order and would want my refund.
I had lodged a complaint with IRCTC on 22nd March but no response till date.
I have called up Dominos twice and each time they say that they will look into it and revert. But they never revert.
It's more than 10 days now. Kindly look into it and refund the paid amount.
