Hi,
Due to the fact that I entered the wrong OTP a couple of weeks ago, they blocked my card for online transactions for 24 hours, and I am seeing this message every time I am trying to purchase items online.
I tried to contact customer care, but the problem remains as it is.
I am very disappointed. It has been more than a week, but my card has not been unblocked. Please help me here.
Popup message when I am purchasing:
Dear Customer, Your transaction cannot be processed currently as your card has been blocked for online transactions due to multiple invalid attempts. Please try again after 24hours or contact your bank for assistance immediately.
