Johnson Lifts — Facing issues with Johnson Lift from the day I ordered

Hi,
I am facing issues with Johnson Lift persons from the day i ordered.
They speak nicely during ordering and won't pick calls after it's ordered.
Mr. Perumal is the person who takes order, after we pay booking amount they treat customer very badly.
They said they will deliver material in 1 Month but it took 2 Months to get the product in house.
Now for installation they are creating lot of issues and asking customer to provide man power for installation which is very bad.
Mr. Dharmendra who came for installation is asking to provide man power for installing or else give Money I will get people for installation, Installation should be taken care of them but they are asking bribe for installation.
Please take care of these things, I am frustrated with this kind of things are happening in branded company like Johnson
