Hi..I ordered a saree .order id is[protected]
They sent the defective saree. After several call saree return pickup done by kalamandir.on 22 september after thn I asked for my refund evrday day they say in 24 hr in 5 days in 7 days.Every poor customer service.Only they excuse our higher team will call you.etc etc
Now I am fedup ..😒 and this is mentally harassment for me .
How do you define 'sometime'?Is it 2-3 days? 7-10 days? 1-2 weeks? 3-4 weeks? Few months? Just passing generic statements would not help the aggrieved person. Refund my money as soon as possible Was this information helpful? |
