Motorola Mobility — Motocare warranty for motorola phone

Worst service ever...I have been on the phone for hours trying to get my phone fixed...I keep getting transferred then was told to pay a deductible of 20.00 if I wanted a phone to use while being repaired to send 34.95. I sent it and they processed payment then refunded it and said they would contact me as they screwed up the payment. They never contacted me and my warranty is expired now. I was on the phone just now and transferred twice then disconnected. This is the most frustrating experience I have ever had and I am still sitting here with a broken phone. The last customer service rep now told me I would have to pay more money as the other customer service reps were on a lower level and misquoted me on what my plan covered. Do not buy a Motorola phone as the Customer Service stinks!!!Here are some of my chat messages attached...
