I have recently registered for eNPS, I deposited a sum of 2000 rupees and received an acknowledgement as well as a PRAN number.
While trying to set my PRAN password, I am receiving an error saying PRAN not found in data base.
Why am I even facing this issue on the first place, this is a national website and it has such broken pipelines for storing my data?
This goes against network and security guide lines...

I have corrected my Pan card on 26th February 2024. The payment was successful and the application was also successful. But when I checked the track option, it displayed "No records found"....

I am a register NPS subscriber and have been using my account without any issue since 2 years. However, now when I am trying to login using my PRAN, I get the error as Invalid PRAN. I am using the correct PRAN number which is the same number present on the monthly statement sent to me by [protected]@kfintech.com. I use the same number to unlock my pdf document attached to the mail.
Today 14/12/2023 I did my registration process for ENPS. I had filled all the basic and necessary details including the necessary document uploading part.
But when i went to make the payment, I selected the gateway as RAZORPAY and made a payment using my HDFC BANK Internet Banking.
The money got deducted from my bank account. But i didn't get redirected to the enps page. Response from eNPS was transaction failed....
