I have called your customer care division on this 14th August and assigned the above-mentioned reference C[protected]. My call was regarding the Orient AeroQuiet fan 1200mm 'bearing number[protected] mentioned near the QR code. I purchased this fan on 10 /10/ 2020 (Bill No 4111) from M/s Arun Electricals & Home Appliances, Arul Colony ECIL Post, Hyderabad-62.
I understand that these fans are fitted with BLDC motor are different from conventional ceiling fans and operate more efficiently than normal ceiling fans. My expectation was that the fans do not make noise while "on" at least in normal speeds and opted for this model.
i am very much disappointed with this fan as it is no different from any normal fan, the difference is seen only in blade design.
I have made complaint earlier on the same issue (Ref C[protected]) on 10/08/2021 and it was attended by your technician who dismantled the fan and fixed it back, i have not noticed him doing any rectification. In the process he has left out 2 metal flat washers while fixing he fan back in its place. When I reminded him about them, his reply was that they are not needed! Since then, the fan is making more noise and is worse than before. It is becoming difficult for us to have a good sleep since the fan is in our bedroom.
I am surprised that till this date ie 17/08, no technician has called me up to attend my complaint.
Is there any chance of getting the fan replaced with a new one ? as it is still under the warranty period.
Request you to respond to this mail and expect the visit of your technician at the earliest.
