Paynimo Mutual Funds — Refund debited money

Sir,
This bring to your notice that i have transferred the amount ₹13000 to IDFC First loan account no. 29469091 from https://reporting.capitalfirst.com/quickpay/qpinfo.aspx on 19/05/2021.

Transaction seq. No. is[protected]

But the amount got debited POS-VISA/Paynimo Mutual Funds/[protected] from IDFC First bank account but not credited to the IDFC First loan account. And in the end said transaction unsuccessful.

I kindly request you to credit the amount to my following IDFC First bank account.
