A lady with phone no. [protected], ( Name- Nikita singhal
Selling products on whats app, with the broadcast list name Sab fashion..
I made a order on, 4 april for a dress and make payment of 390 rs for the same..
After that I was constantly asking for travking Id..
She didn’t give me ..
On 13th april I got a message from
Shiprocket that my order(order id: [protected]), from sab fashion has been packed..
But I didn’t receive anythinh till 20th april..
I checked on shiprocket to track my parcel, It was showing that it has been cancelled by seller..
When I told the same thing to the lady, she didn’t accept, . when i messaged her that to return my money, she sent a rude audio that 70% cancellation amount will be deducted..
And when I asked her -why cancellation, you are not sending the product, then she told me that this is Timepass
i complaint about the same on consumer complaint whats app no.. with grivence no. 5708050.
But my problem has been closed without any solution..
I have all the details.
1) the slip of payment I made
2) shiprocket message
3) cancellation by seller message on shiprocket page
4) the reply of the seller
5)the audio from the seller
6) seller’ broadcast list with the name sab fashions
Strict action must be taken againt these cheaters..
Otherwise many people will be cheated by such persons..
She is posting on broadcast group and taking orders with no. [protected]
And on paytm her no. Is [protected]
