With reference to my complaints in reference to Led TV Order Id no. [protected] dated 23.10.2020 delivered on 27.10.2020 and further call received from Mr. Ravi Sharma, Sales Support Team, Samsung E-Store.
I again want to brief the case that that the above mentioned TV has been delivered on 27.10.2020 and request registered for installation on same day and samsung engineer visited today on 28.10.2020.
During unboxing by samsung engineer, it has been observed that the TV received in broken condition and the same has been updated by samsung engineer to samsung in their installation report.
For the same incident we have raised complaint on your customer care vide ticket no. 1787392 dated 28.10.2020 and they have advised to share some broken TV pictures of TV during unboxing by samsung engineer although we have already shared the broken TV pictures on 28.10.2020 & 29.10.2020 on samsung estore email id but samsung not responding on the complaint.
As per the last talk to Mr. Ravi Sharma, Sales Support Team, Samsung, and as desired we have already shared available broken TV pictures for further returned and refund process and also given screenshots of messages received from samsung delivery partner and samsung e-shop for their reference.
You are requested to turned back the TV and refund the amount immediatelly
