I had ordered a Teclast Tablet/ PC, [ order ID- MS1875] from 'tapgig.in, powered by Shopify' worth rupees: 2, 999, on15th of August 2020. The payment was made from my phonePe UPI, [Account no: [protected]] (phone number: [protected]- Transaction ID P2008151600197841441155. The transaction was made through PayU payment service. (PayU payment ID[protected]. The payment wasn't made to the vendor 'tapgig.in' but, some (Divyanshu Jain).No delivery of order after so many days; the vendor isn't replying. I want my money back; refund.
Please look at this issue as earliest as possible.
