Hello, represetatives from sightsavers india contacted about a day back regarding donations. Due to miscommunication, i had agreed to pay, not realizing that it was on a per month basis. On realizing it i immediately i wrote a mail the customer support to cancel the same as i would not be able to donate that amount every month. I am not in a position to provide monthly basis. So clearly, my cancellation request has not been honoured. I do not know if it is the mistake on the part of the representative or sightsavers but i am facing problem neverthless. I had provided cancellation informaton well ahead in time and the user institution is supposed to honor the cancellation of ecs mandate. My email id: [protected]@gmail.com
