I order some multicolor underwear's for myself, after waiting for almost 1.5 weeks. I received my order. When I opened my order I saw that I have received different order( I got underwear's but of different size, color). Then I placed an replacement request they said it will be replaced in a week. Now I have waited for almost 1.5 weeks, till now my order is neither replaced and nor my money is returned. When I try to reach customer support executive, they tell me that, there is no customer executive available. I also mailed them about this issue but there is no response from their side. At last
I need refund
or
my order should be replaced.
