Sumeet Pandey — Ticket collector not giving ticket and they fine unnecessary

I traveled at bus no.21 the ticket collector has not given ticket and at running bus I was asking for ticket they not provided and they tell their officers they travel without ticket the ticket collector not came at last seat row and I call him for twice but they have not come and after that the officers harras me at their office and they charged me Rs.100 for without any reason.
