On dec 12, while i was on the aircraft, the cabin crew asked me to sign a document cause i have power bank in my luggage (I think it was an authorization letter for them to open my bag for them to take out the power bank). I really need that bag cause my important documents such us emirates id, insurance card, etc. Are there and i am leaving uae for good very soon so i need to surrender those documents / cards for my clearance in my current employer. They can simply take the power bank out from my bag and send my bag here in abu dhabi. I don’t know why they need to keep it longer. It is delayed and the bag is still not received and i have a feeling that it is missing.
No one is telling where my bag is. No response to my email. It is hard to call them. They just simply dont care. This is the worst service ever. I will not fly with jet airways anymore.. My first and last with jet airways!
