Order #237645 placed on 14th April for 999/- with prepaid modem through credit card.
Order is not yet processed.
Customer service number rings and gets disconnected while on ivr.
Customer service emails just get an auto response saying we will get back within 24-48 hours but they don't.
Escalation through their insta page only gets false promises that matter has been escalated and order will get processed. This is frustrating as there could be many such customers getting scammed.. please help get my refund. Was this information helpful? |
