I had taken 2 IDs from USSC group via their franchise Apple outsourcing services in Rajamundry. This person in Rajahmundry told me that all communications to be done with customer care in USSC. so okay I start communications and start doing the forms. They tell me that the fields ADD and ADD. in the forms have been reversed and also it is given so in helpline and help. So we do that. Luckily I had the sense to take screenshots. Now in the QC report they have reversed those fields and are now my QC report is failed. I have sent the screenshots as proof to them and now they do not answer my phone call, if I try calling them on a different phone, as soon as they hear my voice they switch off the phone and they do not even respond to mails.
