Hi there, i've been trying to return the product that has been described incorrectly and doesn't work, i'm waisting my time emailing customer service in a last few days, they keep slowing down the process, doesn't want to deal with the issue, doesn't want to give me a return address, even though i've sent them a photo, a video proving the product doesn't work, if i have to send the product in to china it will cost me £10, and i would ask for my money back including the postal,
