Wonderchef Home Appliances — Sent defective item and not issuing refund

Made an order from www.wonderchef.com for a frying pan on[protected] and received a damaged item on[protected].Raised the issue to them with all the details they asked for and still they are not issuing me the refund amount.As per their refund policy they are supposed to do so if they we receive a damaged item. I have send multiple emails and calls to their customer service and they are denying my refund. Please do the needful to issue my refund amount(1039.20) ASAP and do take action against such fraudulent and deceiving services.
