Country Delight — Customers complaints fall into deaf ears.

SUBJECT
Still after repeated complaints, no resolution and we suffer. Their delivery people always press our Bell, early in the morning, at the time of milk delivery, disturbing the sleep of all my family members. And the country delight customer care people do not take any action.

Our grievance stands as follows

(A)
1. As per the standing instruction, you delivery man is not supposed to press the bell at the time of delivery which he did today. Have you changed our preference without asking us?

2 look at the following screenshot and it is showing the status as, out for delivery but in reality he had deliver it 15 minutes back.why?

(B)
It is very strange to note that over a call made by this evening regarding our complain against your delivery man whose pressing the bell in spite of our instruction for no bell, we got a very discouraging answer that you are not supposed to respond to us but to delivery person only. What does it mean?
So our complaint has no value?
So if this is your attitude, we are referring the matter to the consumer court, who are capable enough to teach you the value of customers complaints and the harassment a customer faces due to your negligence and deficiency in your services, under the consumer protection act 1986.
