I purchased a subscriprion of country delight in the month of Mah y 2022. After the end of subscription I requested them to refund the amount in my wallet back to the source. It was done and I had cancelled my further orders as well. They still delivered an order of 6 paneers, which I never ordered. I made a complaint regarding the same on their app and asked then to get them picked up as I have not ordered them . If I wanted to order why would have I taken a refund of my wallet balance. There was no response from thein end. I made calls also to complain but no solution from their end. The paneer got expired and I still called them to collect their expired paneer as I have not ordered and I wont be paying for it. They did not provide any resolution even though they used to say they will see. Now they are calling me again and again for paying the balance and they have no update on the complaints. I have all the recording and the picture of paneer packets with the expiry date that was clicked after their expiry. Also their product is the worst. They charge so much and they do not provide the quantity they charge for. Their paneer is never 200gms. I have made a complaint for that also but due to their cheating in quantity I had stopped their subscription. I have added the photo of the paneer packets with expiry date of 28/05/2022 and also the details of the photo which was clicked on 29/05/22 that was after the expiry. I had not used their product and it was their fault. Still they are harassing me for the payment.
